AutoDS Charged me after I canceled REFUND!!!
Don't get involved with that awful and fraudulent company, Auto DS. Their trial period is nothing more than a way to perniciously come and get money directly from your bank account through PayPal.
I set up a Shopify store then deleted that.
I tried the 1$ a day "free trial" and after deleting my account with AutoDS, they charged me well over $300.00 from my account. I want my money back ASAP.
Since I deleted my account how was it that you were able to charge my account?
Has anyone ever been able to get their money back? If not then this will need to go though legal counsel.

PayPal denied me because they say that auto ds says that what was purchased was delivered and that's a lie because I never purchased anything to start with and nothing was ever received by mail or online. They are trying to say that what was bought was a membership to their company but if you checking all out I don't even have an account or can't sign into what they supposedly say I have.
They are trying to get away with refunding the money because I had only 7 days to apply for it. *** I need help.

My eBay page is about to be shut down because I can't provide them with a tracking number. The supplier is a scam, and I brought this to the attention of customer service. All I get is excuses; they even gave me a list of 50+ pre-written scripts of lies to tell my customers in order to stall them.

- Play stupid after taking your dreams and then crushing them

AutoDS is a SCAM

There should be a law against fraudulent *** like that. Is there?

I never got this site to work, never set up anything or added any products. I need you to stop trying to charge my cards for $49.95 even though I have canceled and it was supposed to be $39.95 if I had not canceled.
I will call fraud every time. I canceled the subscription on the site, but it is still trying to charge me every day, even when I get a new card. Cancel this now.
Every time this company tries to charge me again, I will put out 5-10 scam and fraud reviews, so please stop now. The Shopify store I attempted to set up shut me down as a result of being associated with this company because it is a scam.

I wanted to add a few details to clarify my situation. It was a mistake to create an AutoDS account, and I didnt fully understand the platform or the potential charges.
I created the account on my phone without realizing the consequences.
Additionally, I did not connect my AutoDS account to Shopify, and I havent used any of its features. Could you please help me by canceling the charges and deactivating or deleting my account?

We submitted a ticket for an order AutoDS had placed, and when we contacted them, they said they were no longer able to retrieve the order and provide us with status. AutoDS is nothing more than a scam.
Do not engage with them!
They are merely scammers. The fact that they can't provide simple information is ridiculous.

Verified ReviewerBeing charged wrongly every month for subscription. No response from customer support.
I accidentally signed up for the subscription three months ago. I realized that I am being charged 42+ AUD every month through my bank statement.
That's when I contacted the support. I didn't even remember the email ID through which I had signed up. I was asked to provide screenshots of the charges and was assigned a ticket number with a promise that I would receive an update on my complaint within 24 hours but, to this date, I have received no response. Now, when I was charged again this month, I attempted to contact the support through chat again but, to my frustration, there was no way I could contact the support.
I am really stuck as I cannot be paying 42 AUD every month for nothing. How do I get out of this?
I want my refund for all the four months I have been charged. The customer support is pathetic.

They don't have a guarantee; it's clearly stated. Blah blah. F#$% them! I'm not going to stop until every avenue is exhausted.
I wonder how many of these claims PayPal deals with. They probably don't care because they get their cut of the bounty. Put their domain in your spam settings!
Also, for a big company they hide well.
Can't even get an address. Headquarters is in Colorado.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I kept insisting on a full refund and they finally gave me the refund after weeks and weeks of fighting and not letting up
In the above ticket, I was asked on 9/3/24 to provide information regarding my Payoneer or Paypal Account so I could receive my refund. I provided the information for my Payoneer account.
Since I did not have a PayPal account at the time, I went ahead and opened one and provided the information for the PayPal account as well.
Since 9/3/24, I have not heard anything even though I have sent several inquiries asking about the status. I am really frustrated and am considering seeking legal advice if this does not get resolved quickly as I need this money.

My eBay account was deactivated because of Autos Shipping/Tracking system.
They post the tracking info on eBay order that item has been delivered or has been shipped, but the item has not been delivered or the tracking number can not be tracked! Just in the past two weeks I have had so many customer complaints that eBay noticed and shut down my account and is holding my payouts! I have reached out to them with no response! They were supposed to call or email me but nada, zero, nothing!
Their customer service is absolutely terrible! None of my issues have ever been solved!
You just get a total brainless response.
They do not answer your concerns at all. It's like they don't even read it!
This has cost me a fortune...they don't care as long as they get their payments from you!
I will be cancelling my account!

Verified Reviewer |Autods lost my $511.00 in my autods managed balance and will not reimburse me for the loss.
On September 3, 2024 I was contacted by autoDS asking me for my Payoneer or PayPal account so my refund could be paid. I gave the information the same day, but have not heard anything since.
I emailed several times, but no reply.
I am getting really frustrated. I counted on getting the money now, but again nothing.
Therefore, I asked for the $511.00 back to be now informed that AutoDS has transitioned away from their previous billing company, and as a result, AutoDS's access to their program has been removed, and refunds can no longer be processed. How can a company do this without notifying their customers to take out their money before switching the billing company? This might not be much to AutoDS, but it is a lot of money to me and I cannot afford to lose this. I have asked for reimbursement of this money that AutoDS has lost, but was told AutoDS would give me a free month on my subscription.
This is a totally unacceptable offer, which I will not accept. I want full reimbursement of $511.00.

This is a scam business; they will do you dirty. My experience: I was on a free trial for about an hour.
I added products to my page w/in their site, I didn't transfer anything anywhere. I realized as I was adding products that they were going to charge me more than I expected on the plan I would have chosen if I signed up with them. I canceled my free trial right there and then. I was given an exit interview before it would allow me to close it out, so I know that I canceled for sure.
I checked my bank later that day & saw that they withdrew what would have been my monthly charge AFTER I canceled my account. I spoke to a chat support person & they said I had to fill out a form to request my refund. There were several questions on the form as to why I needed a refund & one of the options was "You need a refund because payment was taken from your bank AFTER you deleted your account." So apparently this is a usual practice for them. I looked for reviews to see if they did this kind of thing often and sure enough, there were tons of reviews stating that they took a years worth of payments from most people, luckily I made sure mine was on a monthly schedule.
The yearly reviewers also said that they never got their money back.
Company is out of Israel, so I guess they feel like they can get away with it. I'd run far, far away from them if I were you.

Deceptive Information in YouTube Learning Videos:
AutoDs has not honestly and accurately represented itself through its YouTube learning videos. The content presented in these videos was misleading and did not provide a true reflection of the services offered by AutoDs.
As a result I am financially in the negative.
Issues with Customer Returns:
I have customers who wish to return their items, but the AutoDs system has been obstructive and unhelpful in processing these returns. The system has denied my requests for various reasons, including:
Requirement to submit images: This demand is often unreasonable and impractical, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
Threshold limitations: I have been informed that I have met some unspecified threshold, which further prevents me from processing returns.
The continuous hoops I am forced to jump through with your system are ridiculous. The lack of adequate support is infuriating, and the absence of a phone number to call for customer support is unacceptable. This situation has resulted in me being out of pocket on the Amazon side, while AutoDs remains unresponsive and unhelpful.
Lack of Customer Support:
The lack of accessible customer support has exacerbated my frustration.
The help ticket system is inefficient and often leads to circular, unproductive responses. Being unable to speak to a representative directly compounds the difficulties I am experiencing and makes resolving these issues nearly impossible.

I signed up for a 14 day free trial, which was followed by a charge of US$608 (one year subscription). In Australia, this actually amounts to $960.
I did not agree to this subscription nor did I use the service at all. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but Autods seems to know the system well. Because I complained, I no longer have access to the Autods website or anything related to it as Autods cancelled my subscription when I initiated a dispute with PayPal. Consequently, I only had access for one month, despite having paid for an annual subscription.
Attempts to communicate with Autods via their ticket system, in order to recover my money, have proved futile. It's clear that they're only after money.
